How to up load pics?

No idea about the Iphone, but from a regular browser you can either a) upload your photos to a pic site like Photobucket and then use IMG tags to insert your photo, or b) start a post, scroll down to "manage attachments", and upload your pics from your computer or phone that way.

Not all of us have Hi-Resolution monitors, so re-size the photos to at least 1024x768 or 800x600 before posting. This can also be done while uploading to your photo site.
One more thing, try to post a clear picture. The last thing we want to look at is an out of focus, blurry picture.
