HVAC Blower Motor Control Unit Failure

Greetings all, I have had to replace this part every year or two in my 4runner. Has anyone found a unit that is as good as OEM, getting tired of replacing this part frequently. When I replaced this part last winter I also replaced the fan blower thinking maybe the blower was causing the control unit to burn out.

I know there is a thread here somewhere but was unable to find it with search.
