Hydraulic fan clutch removal / electric fan installation?

Has anyone completed, and documented, an electric fan installation with hydraulic fan clutch removal? I'm interested in doing the same and have found a few kits available, such as those from LC Engineering.

Any feedback from those who have done the swap?
