I dont know what to do.

Hey im just curious how hard is it to do a tint job yourself?? I know its not that expensive for a kit but whats the labor like?
 
It might take you more than one shot to get it right. If you don't mind spending the extra money to get more tint I guess it would be ok to do it yourself.

I would personally just get a professional to do it. Fronts only cost like $60.
 
The fronts meaning like Wind Shield and the driver and pass windows? 60 bucks? thats not bad.. Ill have to find a place around here that does it.

No. I meant just the front two windows. It will be extremely hard to find a shop that does the windshield. I would highly suggest you do not do the windsheild.

$60 included a full warranty too.

no i wish, tickets cost to much. i went to clemsons bowl game last year though when they played auburn at the georgia dome and it was pretty cool. i actually like clemson so it should be a fun game to watch.

the tint i would also second going to a professional. it cost me around 150 for my front two windows and a windshield tint strip across the top.

Yeah. We had a hotel and everything, but we don't want to pay $200 plus for tickets. Hopefully this game will turnout better than the Auburn game. :) Are you an Auburn fan or Alabama fan?

$150 for two windows and a window strip seems high to me.
 
yea i actually have no idea how much it was lol maybe it was closer to 95? i think i had to put a downpayment of 25 then payed 70 when i came back or something?

and i'm an alabama fan, my girlfriend is an auburn fan and so is her parents/family. they have season tickets so i went to every auburn home game last season, the LSU away game, and the bowl game. i dont care who is playing football, whos gonna turn down a free ticket to a game lol?

looks good! i like that color. what kind of headlights and fog lights are you running? you should take off your running boards, makes it look higher up.
 
Lot's o' Mods

I'm in the same boat as you, I'm 17 w/ an 01' limited, 4WD, Silver. When I did my subs I just put them in. I also added a switch to turn them off when I got home. Second best thing I did, next to my pioneer AVIC-D3 Nav. Also you should definitely do the deck plate mod, it will add significantly to your exhaust note, another easy mod would be the ISR (Intake Silencer) Mod. As for astetics the "Poor Mans Black Pearl" emblems would look great with that color. You might also want to look into the LED Lighting mods.

i hate LSU lol, my girlfriend is an Auburn fan so i went with her and her sister who goes to AU to the LSU game last year, you people are crazy. There was a boy scout (in uniform and all) shooting a bird from the bleachers above us after Flynn threw that TD pass at the last second to beat Auburn.

I did have fun last night though watching the SEC rewind game on CBS sports of when Arkansas beat you guys :)


back to the orignal post though, i agree do the black pearl mod. i did it and love the look :D
