This happened when jumping the car the jumper cables were crossed blowing the alt. Fuse etc.
I keep blowing my 15A dome fuse. Help

This happened when jumping the car the jumper cables were crossed blowing the alt. Fuse etc.
So like brillo_76 said above...get the dome light schematic and double check that you don't have a short at the box.
You have a multimeter, I assume?
Leave the car off.
Pull the fuse. Test the continuity from BOTH the connections in the fuse box to ground. There shouldn't be any. If there is...then you have a short on the side that is showing it has a connection to ground.
Short on one side? You need to find it and fix it.
Short on both sides? Scrap the car. It's not your day.
No shorts? Then turn on the car (ACC is fine...not running) where the dome light should work.
Now test those connections inside the fuse box for 12v (don't test across the fuse...test from each side of the fuse to body ground). ONE side in the fuse box should be 12v. If not, you have no power to that fuse...hence no power to the entire circuit and no power to ANY device on that circuit. BOTH sides have 12v? Good god man, who's been working on this car?
If there is no power...then you need to find out which side was supposed to have power and what wire going to the fuse box was supposed to power that fuse. You need to check the schematic for the car or make a guess and track wires back to their connections. Regardless..that wire you disconnected is a problem and you will need to find out where or to what it goes. There is probably a short at the end of that one...or a device that is shorted out.
If you have power to the fuse...then that's actually good. You need to run down each device. The dome light bulb may be blown. Check bulbs, etc. Again...if the wire you removed is the only wire leading out and powering everything...you need to troubleshoot it/track it down.
One way is to unhook all devices that you know of to be on this circuit. Then reconnect that trouble wire at the fuse box. Re-insert the fuse. turn on the car. Hope the fuse still holds. Then one by one...connect up devices until the fuse blows. If with no devices hooked up, the fuse blows when you turn on the car...you need to track that wire down and fix the mess that will be at one end.

Any circuit that was on when those jumper cables were crossed could be damaged. Does everything else function properly? No other circuits are damaged?
I am sure the Alt fuse would snap if you reversed polarity on your battery cables :/ probably with a few more fuses as that is a very big no no. :[

I solved the 15amp fuse blow problem
So, yes.... after 5 months I could resolve this annoying problem. :redbrick:
My main mistake was a wrong cross battery jump cable, after that this 15amp blue fuse didn't stop blowing.
So, it's took me time and some fuses, but IN MY CASE the short was on the ANTENNA RELAY. it's just fries inside by the wrong jump, it smelled like melted plastic. :reddance:
This relay is inside de dash board, just under de stereo. I hope this post can help someone. I post some pics to show it.
