It's going to be the Toyota dealer or a junkyard. No issue with a junkyard part here, since there's no moving parts or wear factor. No auto parts store is going to have one of those.

If you don't mind waiting, Toyota of Dallas has cheaper prices than any Toyota Dealer I've looked at:

I'd say just leave it off, especially if you have the ISR mod. It should give you better performance with it off.
