I need to replace HU and speakers... Suggestions?

I just recently purchased a '99 Limited 4WD with 248,000. I know 1 speaker is not working, and a couple CDs skip in my factory HU that do not skip in my '08 Silverado.

I'm looking to upgrade the speakers and HU with an auxillary outlet and satelitte radio.

Suggestions????

Not sure what size the speakers are in a '99...but if they are 6.5" or larger, I suggest the JBL MS-62C component set. I just installed a set of these in my '03 and they are truly above and beyond what you pay for them. They are under $200, and sound like a much higher dollar set.

i run boston acoustics all around and have a alpine bluetooth unit and love them. had pioneer headunits in the past and have always had a problem with button wearing away.
