ICON Overland Springs Install Question

I am finishing up my ICON suspension upgrade and after it was all buttoned up, the truck had a huge rake toward the front. I did install the larger Overland springs from ICON. I put the factory insulator and bump stop back in with new springs. Were those supposed to be eliminated?

How much rake is huge rake? What are you running up front? How much weight do you have in front vs rear right now?

They will settle maybe a half inch.

Here is a pic. It dawned on me tat I didn't dial up the front shocks yet. Combine that with the fact that the rear tire carrier isn't on currently and I believe I may be ok. I have never done any suspension work before, so I was just a little nervous that I had installed the springs wrong or something.

Doesn't look like there is any lift up front. Post up a after shot once you dial the shocks up. Truck is looking good BTW.

i have the icon's regular springs on with shrockworks rear bumper with the tire and carrier on and it sits pretty leveled on mine maybe a slight rake, i also have about 120lbs worth of winch and sss bumper on the front.

I had the ToyTec spacer lift on the front withe the OEM XREAS shocks. Has anyone ever considered placing that on top of the ICON front shocks?

I thought about it as I lost 1/2" when I installed my SW bumper and winch. I want that 1/2" back. I'm concerned it may cause extra wear and tear? I have no proof that will happen though.

That looks about right they are a bit stink bug but do ride great compared to the OME heavies. I have the Icon hydraulic bump stops that seem like they drop the back about a 1/4 of an inch although it may be my imagination.....

Might want to go with a stiffer spring instead. When I had my Kings built I opted for stiffer springs it doesn't ride great unloaded but when loaded down its perfect.

These have a dampening reservoir that allows you to dial up the desired ride
