ive got one. 74 F250 4x4. a couple years ago I had a 390 built for it.
its not much to look at, but being able to clear 35" tires totally stock is pretty nice.
my step dad has a 73 f100 2wd, we are in slow process of rebuilding it.
I remember when i was a little kid, my uncle had a highboy. I believe it
had the 360. I remember that thing being a monstrous beast of a truck.
Stick shift, no power steering, you had to be a mans man to drive the thing.
One time i remember we were in the forest had a huge tree trunk in the bed(idk for what reason) and the road was muddy as hell, we were fighting to get thru. At times the front wheels were even lifting off the ground from the tree in the back. It was an awesome memory .
