It rattles when my wife stores change and other various things in the transfer case shift lever boot. Otherwise no.

Yes, a noise that comes from somewhere around the windshield area. Almost like the windshield itself is rattling, but I don't think it is. Intermittent, can't figure it out. 22,000 miles.

I searched a bit and found the likely culprit are the two indexing pins that center the windshield upon assembly might be the issue. There is a TSB for earlier 5th gens I believe, and is likely our culprit as well. The two plastic pins rub and squeak up above each sun visor. The TSB shows the headliner dropped and the pin tips getting snipped shorter to stop the squeaks.

Voted yes because the windscreen squeaks on colder mornings...

...but... but... but... I have a modded interior and no squeaks or rattles. Even after an F-150 tried to take off my front end - still no squeaks or rattles...

...now my rental Jeep Cherokee is a completely different story.

Yes, my stock rear suspension makes a low quick moan when the weight shifts from one side to the other on cornering, only noticeable at low speeds like in a parking lot. It happens in both directions. I have no idea where it's coming from but hopefully the new 5100's I just ordered will take care of it.

I had a squeaking noise coming from the clips that hold the liner covering the engine compartment area. I added a washer to the two uppermost clips and no more squeak now.
