Driver seat tracks replaced due to excessive free play around 6K miles, 2016 SR5 premium.

Yep, had that same problem as well. It took two trips to the dealer but I think they've got it fixed right now. They admitted the clips were a terrible design.
 
Rear seat creaks when I have passengers in back, regardless of recline setting. Started sometime after 10k mile service and have over 11k now. Doesn't bother me too much but will have dealer look at it next time rig is there. Otherwise...the Watnong Mountain Adventures 4Runner is perfect!
 
Has seats like most of the others. Driver's side side cushion worn thru on edge (foam showing) from driver ingress, egress. 100,000 miles and Trail fabric, whatever it is called. Used Shoe Goo to glue it back to foam and to repair seam. All is good now.
 
I voted NO since I don't really consider these problems:

Passenger front head rest rattles when seat is unoccupied on choppy pavement.

Broke one of the rear head rest release levers for folding down the head rests. Replaced under warranty, but have removed the 2nd row head rests since it's too much of a PITA to fold down every time I fold the 2nd row seats, which is often.

If I didn't have Wet Okole seat covers I'm sure I'd have significant wear on the bottom seat edge and where the seat meets the plastic on the edge of the seat. Haven't looked under the seat covers in years, but they seam to be absorbing all the wear.

You will need to fold the rear passenger seat up and remove the (2) phillips head screws holding in the "liner" so to speak on the bottom of the seat. From there you can access the plastic folds that secure the Softex cover to the tubular seat frame. Find a section that is securely held in place and try to replicate the same form of attachment on the frame.
 
I removed the seats and installed TRD Pro Softex Couches with optional heat, massage, and french ticklers, it also comes with 8 extra cup holders.

No issues.
 
2014 SR5...my power lumbar went out the day after i got it home. i called my dealer to let them know. They said to bring it back as soon as possible, which i did about 3 weeks later. they took the truck, replaced the motor; which took about a week, and its been good ever since.

they even game me a nice camre LE as a loaner which i never drove...its a nice enough car, but its a car...the woman to whom im related to by marriage loved it however.
 
The rear seats squeak/creak with anyone sitting in them. It seems to be worse on more humid and cold days...Would have been awesome if the front seats were actually cooled vs vented!

My SR5 cloth seats are lack luster at best and the front bolsters are collapsing. With that said I am having the seats build up and done in Alea Leather by a custom shop her in Tampa
