Ignition Key Cylinder

I had to replace the ignition key cylinder because it wore out. Would not turn.

The 4runner has 262K miles, what the heck....

I took off too much when I did the work. A little solenoid that screws in.

I put that back...ok...

There is a little black wire, that attached to ground. Has a fairly big O ring on the end.

My question is where does this get attached to the vehicle? Anyone know?
