It seems like it should be front page news across the Nation to me. A more gross and unfounded violation of one's constitutional rights, is hard to imagine.

Hopefully several people will lose their jobs, and be brought up on charges. The victim should be compensated handsomely for this travesty.

Just saw the Glenn Beck interview on The Blaze and all I can say is WOW ... The officers said that since he was standing erect that that gave then probable cause. Wait a minute, how the hell are you supposed to to stand? BS!
