I'm short...

Being to short

Vanity, I too have a hard time washing the top of T4R and found this recent post helpful. "I got this from Home Depot for about $35. It's a cheaper alternative to the one that Griot's offer, though I'm not too sure what the one they sell looks like. It's made by Gorilla Ladders"

How short are you? I am 5'7 and I pull myself up onto the rear tires by holding onto the roof rack. I also stand on the running boards for the front but if you can't reach with the running boards then you may have to get something to get you up there.

The facetious answer is that you need to get a tall boyfriend. Tell him that if he does a good job of washing your truck you may consider letting him drive it.[/url]

Assumptions. What if she is gay?

Now on a serious note I have some solutions; will cost you a few bucks but you can use them in future cases.

Go Rhino Receiver Step

Folding Step

Tire Step

Alternate solution to your suggestion. My buddy had the same idea, but bought a toolbox at Home Depot that is designed to be stepped on; it's big and has wheels so you can pull it around.
