In need some knowledge, please.

I just finished up installing my Total Chaos UCA and LCA. For the life of me I cannot get the sway bar bolted up. (I have KDSS). Maybe if I had a pair of second hands, but, for the time being I do not.

Are there any tricks or a particular steps to get it mounted? They sway bar is completely removed.

Next problem. Dashboard is lit up like Christmas. I have searched. So I most likely messed the Speed harness or the speed sensor up (passenger side). I’m guessing Without the sway bar installed, my passenger side is much higher than the drivers side. Can the need for the Zero calibration cause the dash to light up. ABS, 4x4, multi terrain unavailable, etc. The ones that light up when the speed sensor harness is damaged.

it sounds like you damaged your abs wire. you can try ratchet straps and a 2ndary jack to help move the sway bar into place

Yeah, I tried ratcheting the sway bar to LCA to no avail.

Make sure all four wheels are off the ground while using the ratchet strap/come-along

Use a bottle jack under the kdss piston to manipulate it up and down. Fasten one side at a time, use a drift pin through the holes at top of bracket. Don't cross thread bolts, it's easy. GL

I have undone/done my KDSS sway bars a bunch of times. Really similar to above.

Floor jack under the piston (or whatever you have)
Only undo one side at a time
I use a ratchet strap in the hole in the frame cab-side over top of the LCA to the sway
Thread the bottom bolt first.
