Alright, I searched and couldn't find any info on this topic. The outside air temp sensor is right in front of the radiator's central support. In Texas, when it is cool outside (50-60) and I leave the car parked for a few minutes and hop back in, the radiator's heat throws off the outside air temp sensor so for a few minutes the AC kicks in thinking the outside air temp is in the 80s. This isn't a huge problem, but I'm sure someone has a clever mod to fix this issue... any ideas? Thanks!

The AC or heat kicking in is not controlled/governed by the outside temperature sensor, it's controlled by the inside cabin temperature sensor which is behind the trim panel below the ignition switch behind the small slotted holes and where you have the temperature settings set at via the HVAC control panel.
If your AC is kicking on it's because it's hotter at the inside cabin temperature sensor than what you have the HVAC controls set for...or the cabin sensor could need cleaning, sometimes it or the slotted holes gets covered with dust or could be the electrical connection to it is loose.
The outside temperature sensor/readout is only there so you can know the outside temperature, it controls nothing.
