Installed 6112s, replaced UCA, changed out LCA bushings now hearing a slight clonk!

As the title says, I did all kinds of stuff up front and raised it 2" with 6112s. I've been hearing a clonk when I go over uneven terrain for a long time so I figured swapping out the UCAs, LCA bushings and sway bar end links would solve the issue. I think swapping out the UCA mitigated a lot of the clonks from up front but there is a slight clonk still leftover. The end links are about a year old, from AutoZone. I'll disconnect the end links and see if the clonks go away.

I'm curious, those of you who have a 2" lift, are you doing the sway bar mount spacer/relocatator plate? Is this a requirement for the lift height or for specific type of CO setup?

The front sway bar mounting bushings are still original, about 320xxx miles old if that matters.

New wheel bearings and axles up front as well.

I can recreate this sound by rocking the vehicle up and down on the driveway.

Thanks.

I hear the same "clonk" on my 4th gen but I haven't figured out what it's from yet. I'm also running the 6112's but I don't think it's connected to those because it made the same sound with the 5100's and it made the same sound stock. I will say that the sound seems to go away for a while after replacing the coilovers though. I'm still on the factory LCA and bushings, sway bar bushings and links. I do have the SPC UCA's but the balljoints are worn and I'm assuming the bushings are worn as well. I'm running the swaybar relocation blocks but not because I need to. I had originally bought them to use with some swaybar quick disconnects but I ended up selling those before I really ran them. I'm not 100% convinced that the sound I here is actually coming from the front suspension. The front bumper has always felt loose on this thing and maybe there's something else loose elsewhere. I really haven't had much time to dig into mine yet though. I've read on a couple different forums that the sound was cured by replacing the front wheel bearings so I guess that could be a possibility as well.

Do you have all the bushings and washers on the top of the shock to hold it in tight to the tophat?

Yup sure do and the nuts are tightened so that bushings are almost the same diam as the washer up top.

Removing the sway bar altogether would at least narrow it down I would think. Could be a coil contacting the sway bar or one of the bushings. While its removed just leave it off...

Check those Moog bushings.... my rear position bushing just fell out when I used them. Made all sorts of racket off road til I replaced it with a complete arm.

The Moogs in the LCA is a friction fit so they seemed to fit ok but only did the driver side so far.

Found some play in the pass lower BJ, check out the video. This is contributing to the clonk I'm hearing I bet.

Also the front sway bar mount bushings are a bit wallowed out. Time for another set this weekend, if Toyota has a set that'd be great. If not, aftermarket rubber bushings will be going in.
