Radio Shack has direct replacement bulbs for our neo wedge bulbs. I replaced all 5 bulbs (2 for defrost, 1 for hazard, 1 for A/C, 1 for rear window) because they are a hassle to get to. You must remove the old bulb from the base and carefully thread the new bulbs leads into the base. Be careful not to cross the leads as you put them in the base. To remove the bulb from the switch housing, carefully turn the bulb base with a small flat head screwdriver about 1/5 turn counter clockwise. Then carefully and gently pry the base out of the switch with a small, thin, pointed tool (I used the blade of a small Swiss Army Knife). Go around the base, prying it gently all the way around its circumference until it is free.
