Intake back fire, rough idle, no power

So second post on here. Everything was going good until I did all the maintenance stuff.

Truck ran fine at 9am this morning.
I installed
New NGK spark plugs (same ## that was in it)
New NGK spark plug wires.
New OEM fuel filter (yes I double checked to make sure its facing the correct way)
While I had it all out I did the "deck plate" and silencer box delete mod. I connected the vacuum line per the DIY on this forum.
I put a new K&N filter in

So I start it for a test drive and it was shaking so I knew something was wrong.
I did the unplug each wire to see if anything changed they all made it worse. Same with coil packs.

Googled some and decided to take the gamble on a new maf sensor thinking maybe I damaged it while cleaning... didnt fix the issue.

Drove to Advanced and the following codes were pulled

P0300
P3032
P0306

P0110
P1300

I am not really interested in swapping parts until its fixed so if this isnt a common issue I am just missing here then I will take it somewhere and let them figure it out.

To eliminate simple questions
- I put the old wires back on just to see
- It has a steady CEL until I really give it some throttle then it flashes

1. There is no P3032. I'm thinking it was P0302 and your Cyl #2 and Cyl. #6 wires are swapped. Or perhaps all 3 are wrong. This is very common after plug service. This should help:

Remeber, Plug wires always differ by 3: 1-4, 3-6. 5-2.

Also make sure your MAF is plugged in well(for the P0110.)

Gee thanks. Now I feel like a complete idiot. I even looked that up but I guess I found someone posting the wrong pattern.
