Interior Dome Light Dim/Delay/Theater

Hello,

I cant remember if the 2000 4Runners had the dome light dim to off instead of just turning off when doors are closed?? I am curious if my car even has it?? Or did my Alarm installation mess it up? Or if the unit that handles the dim is broken?
