Interior Electrical Problem, Stereo, A/C, Gearshift, Powerseats, windows

2004 4runner Limited with about 3/4 of the interior electrical getting no power. I had several blown fuses under the hood that have been replaced. The power door locks, lights around speedometer, dome and ceiling lights DO work. The gearshift is stuck in park, no power to console, stereo, A/C, windshield wipers, windows, power seats DO NOT work. Do these have a Relay, main wire or any master electrical components that provide power to these random sources??

Did you determine what event occurred that caused the fuses to blow? Did you also check the fuses in the inside fuse panel?

I had a dead battery that I had hooked up to charger compressor. I'm not sure if it was a short, surge or what happened while it charged overnight. The 4runner did start but had blown several 10 & 20 amp fuses under the hood. None had blown on inside. Checked and replaced all in both fuse boxes that appeared blown. New battery and fuses but still no power in those multiple interior components.
