Interior lights and taillights not working!

So I was wondering if anyone knows what I need to fix or have fixed. When I flip the headlight stalk, my headlights turn on just fine but the other lights do not. By those, I mean: the lights behind radio buttons, the lights behind air conditioning and window switches, the glove box light, the three bars in the rear tail lamp. Its like the car doesn't recognize that my headlights are on.

Forgot to mention, I recently had the leds in my cluster changed and the problem started soon after that. I don't know if it was because of the cluster but I wouldn't think the cluster would affect the other interior lights.
 
Since the issues started after the LED cluster swap, I would start there. The new soldering may have shorted out or joined two circuits that may be causing the issue. Everything is connected between the light stalk, cluster, interior lighting, tail lights, etc. If one part of that is broken, it effects everything downstream.

Some suggestions/things to check:
1. Crack open your cluster to make sure all the soldering is clean and nothing is joined accidentally.
2. Does the headlight indicator in the cluster go on? If so power is going to the cluster
3. Does the interior lights dim after the first stalk click? Check if the back lighting is receiving power once you have turned on the headlights.

1) I'll have to do that when I get a chance.
2) Yes, the headlight indicator comes on as well as my headlights.
3) No, they don't dim. They simply stay the same as any 4runner with the headlight stalk switch in standard off position.
 
this same thing happened to me the center consol lights went out then someone was nice enough to let me know at a stoplight that non of my rear lights were working i check the taillight fuse and replaced it with the extra toyota givs in the engine bay fuse box and everything started working
Those crazy Japanese engineers naming fuses in a misleading manor
 
remember to use the same rating fuse, we dont want to end up like cookieroe lol, sucks for him tho on that whole mess.
 
Which fuse did you end up changing for the lights to work again?

My Climate control knob lights don't want to work, and since its been getting dark around 10 pm these days, I never knew that my rear lights don't work either...I JUST found that out right now

I dont have the same runner anymore so I cant check but I believe I changed a tail light fuse in the interior fuse box.
