You can always get a dash kit. I've seen one a few years ago in Black and it looked pretty cool. They had all type's of foe wood types, carbon fiber and different colors. I cant remember the exact web site but i found this one.

Holy old thread!! BTW, use PlastiDip. I used it in my truck and it looks great. I would recommend putting a coat or two of clear on it afterwords to protect it as it can get scratched up and pull. When I get up the ambition to redo mine I plan on putting a couple new coats on it then several coats of Matte Clear to protect it.
