So, my 2002 4Runner has been a hand-me-down from many owners. They took quite good care of it, but I guess they're not as anal as I am when it comes to cleanliness of the car and what not. The rugs were somewhat stained, got most of all that off, the leather was dirty, but it's also cracked and just... terrible. So there's no fixing that, hoping to get some seat covers sometime, anybody got some suggestions? I'm pretty much looking at any interior things people have done. I also removed the ugly wood trim, well I guess it looked great when it was first on. But when I got it, it was at the point where the polyurethane, or whatever they used, had split from the "cardboard wood" and looked really terrible. I took all of that off using a heat gun along with a home depot wood paint stirrer so it wouldn't scratch. It actually worked wonderful, because it didn't scratch it at all! However, glue is still leftover and I've tried relatively everything! Goo Gone? Nope WD40? Nope
Car cover colors liked: blue, black, maybe even red.
Thanks!
