Intermittent Wipers

I must have left the intermittent wipers switched on while the wipers were frozen to the windshield and now they no longer work. Both other wipers speeds are working properly only the intermittent are out. I checked for separate fuse but was unable to locate one. Could I have burned out a relay or is this a wiper motor problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same problem here. Does anyone know where the relay, for the wiper delay, is located? Is it with the other relays/fuses that are under the hood?...or elsewhere? I've looked in the box under the hood...but, nothing seems to be labeled "wiper".

I want to check relay before I move on to the actual wiper switch.

Any help would be great...thanks!
