Internet shopping. How to tell if a 4Runner has KDSS without looking underneath?

Some of the 4runners I’ve been looking at are a couple hundred miles away and sales people will be sales people and I don’t trust them. Any other way to tell?

I tried signing up for this. Got through step one but when I get to the register your VIN it doesn't accept it. Am I missing something?

:shrug: I've put in a shit-ton of Highlander VINs while looking at new ones this week. Invaluable resource given the Dealer Inventory on the Toyota website is the hottest of hot garbage. Autotrader/Cars.com will get you inventory and the VIN website will get you options. The VIN site will miss dealer add-ons (floor mats and the like), but will get you accurate exterior/interior color and all factory/port options. Amazing how many dealers put in the wrong interior color into their listing.

Just clarify: with KDSS it will have no lean or lean on the passenger side, without KDSS it will always have the driver side lean.... LOL
