More work done this weekend. The LC200 rack is not suited for high speed desert wheelers its too wide especially with the clevis adapters. I've tried modifying the spindle and rack position in CAD it just doesn't work. A guy on Tacomaworld sells cut down tundra racks that are same width as stock Taco and I assume 4Runners which is a better option for the higher speed guys IMO, at $1k though vs $400 for LC200. I'm tempted to swap my LC200 rack for one. I wonder what Marlin's kit has in terms of bump steer, I don't see how you can modify the knuckle enough without running into the brake rotor to use the LC200 rack.
For those that like numbers, the best numbers I have gotten at the extents of 14" of travel is 3.5* toe in at droop and 1.5* toe in at bump, at each tire, with shorter stock tundra inner tie rods, assuming .5* toe in at ride height. I don't think you can achieve that much travel on stock tundra inner tie rods though.
