iPhone 6plus and Bluetooth problems ('10 limited)

Hi guys

I can't seem to synch both the streaming audio AND the phone Bluetooth simultaneously. I either have one connected or the other. On my Samsung S5 this was not an issue. What am I doing wrong?

Interesting since I can only sync both not just the phone. But I have the SR5 not a limited.

I tried synching phone first, then audio. No dice. Doesn't work in reverse order either. This sucks!

I have a 2014 with Entune/Nav so it may not be 100% relevant, but one annoying thing I've discovered is that my iphone won't sync via bluetooth when you have it connected to the 4Runner's USB port to charge.

On a side note, I unfortunately broke my iPhone 6+ last week, and upon switching back to my Galaxy S3, all of a sudden the options to even add new bluetooth device were grayed out on the touchscreen. Upon talking to the dealer, there was a new software update that came out somewhat recently that should fix it, so maybe your problem is due to a software update as well.

I had that problem with my iPhone 5 when I first got it. I de linked and connected a couple times and it just started working. I admit to not bothering to read the manual on proper procedures.

You also cant have an ipod via USB and iPhone via Bluetooth connected at the same time. Sucks because I have nothing but issues getting the iPhone app and entune to play nice, I always have to re open the app even if I just get out and back in. It would be nice to just have the iPod stay in there so I dont have to screw around with my phone for short trips.

I leave my iPod nano plugged into the USB all the time and have no problems syncing my iPhone5 separately via bluetooth (phone only). Are you trying to do both functions with one device?

I had that issue on my iPhone 6 plus, then I updated to 8.3 and now it works perfectly

Yes I was. I think I was trying to do it that way to keep the option of iPod or pandora. Are you able to use pandora the way you have it setup?
