I'm trying to figure out the best place to mount my iPhone. I've looked at Device Holders and Dashboard Vehicle Mounts - ProClip Car Mounts for Mobile Phones, GPS, and Handheld Devices and like their options, but they're pricey. I want to keep it up near the dash so I can use the clinometer app and Nav app. I'm not sure about the vent clips, as I don't use the A/C much and warm air blows through the vents while it's off. Anyone have pix of where they mounted theirs?
