tried to go this weekend, even on Sunday 405 was a nightmare and I turned around....going to try this Saturday morning....maybe Ill offer him $14,500 and hope he says $15k and strike a deal then go for it

That would be awesome to get it for 15k. With the taxes and stuff you will probably end up paying 16k for it anyway.

You should take a look at this. The only thing is that its Salvage title. Hes asking way too much, imo. But since its salvage you can probably talk him down a lot.

Yea if its illegal I dont wanna try to do anything...as much as this is a communist state, and our current govt I am not very fond of, I dont want to risk doing anything shady...

I think loans and insurance on salvage titles are a hassle....9k miles is nice though...
