Is it a good price for a 2012 T4R, SR5, 4WD?

We didn't ask for that. Maybe we should but we don't have more experience.

They should be able to easily drop it to $33,000. That is what I paid for mine. I live in a tax free state so the OTD price would not be a fair comparison for me to present. My license plates are $40 per year and Title is one time fee of $35. The sticker on mine was $37,629, which included the premium package.

That sounds like a good price. I find with Toyota vehicles negotiating a price less that $3,000 off MSRP is difficult. Even when I bought my first 4Runner back in 97, the best I could get was 3 grand off MSRP.
Toyota knows it's got a good product and will never be like Nissan where you can get $5,000 - $7,000 off of MSRP price.
I just bought my second 4Runner. A 2011 SR5 Pearl White with sun roof and running boards and alarm system. The MSRP was $34,900 and I got them down to $31,935 so I think I did good. All I could get them to throw in was wheels locks.
