Is it possible to get heated leather AND rear diff lock in a 5th gen?

Either install an ARB locker in a LTD/ SR5 or katzkins heated seats in a TE. Can't be ordered from the factory if that's what you're asking.

Hi clys,

I just checked the Brochure and it would 'appear', that the "locking rear diff" is NOT available on the SR5. However 2x4 (A-Trac), IS available on the SR5. Heated leather is also available as an option, as well as the "Hands free navigation system", which, as you know, is standard on "limited". Greg (rigtec), Best regards.

I assumed that you wanted these options in an SR5. The "locking rear diff, is standard on Trail trimmed vehicals, but no heated leather.

No, you cannot purchase a factory 4runner with heated/leather + rear locker. You can get heated/leather (SR5/Limited) or rear locker (Trail). You can also get a Limited with a Torsen center. If that might interest you, many other threads have discussed the comparison between the Limited's Torsen and the Trail's rear locker.

You can also add components after purchase. A rear locker can be added after. Leather/heated can be added after. Other threads have discussed options for both.
