Is it really true about going black?

I just bit the bullet and ordered a set of Black Rock Yuma wheels and Gorilla lug nuts. This better look good!

Pics hopefully by Thanksgiving?

It seems like its not happening anytime soon. These wheels seem to be scarce. The ones I ordered are not in stock. I can't find a set anywhere else. Now I'm thinking about ATX Mojave's. I like the color on them too, but I hear it wears and they have dumb looking center caps.

There are two types of Yuma in 17" 6x5.5. The only difference seems to be the center bore is a little bigger, and I think the smaller bore size is for our trucks. If the new wheels are lug centric, does it matter if the center bore is bigger? Can I get those If I find them?

Did you search for the part number 908b786045? Seems that places like Summit are showing about 3 weeks shipping but there also appears to be some eBay stores that have them in stock. Note, I did not spend too much time looking so YMMV.

You might want to check out MB 72's at Discount Tire. Same exact look and .5" wider at 8.5" and only $119. I have not been disappointed with them. See my sig pic and I posted more pics in the lifted thread a few months back.

2 words. Stealth Six. http://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-gen-t4rs/128611-stealth-custom-series-2.html#post1227245

Put a TRD centercap in there and you're good.

Dave- Yes that's the part number.

Ant- Too blingy, I'm looking for simple.

Brunner- I'm going to look into those MB 72's.

Thanks!

Ok, I just ordered the MB 72's in black. It said they were definitely in stock, I got free shipping and $50 off the set for Black Friday! Bought the TPMS rebuild kit also, $402 total. Not bad!

My big fear with the Mojaves was that the teflon would eventually wear, and can't be touched up. They also had goofy long center caps.
