Is Something Missing from My Passenger Side Door Jamb?

Passenger side inner door jamb image attached (note lack of rubber thing).

1) Should passenger side also have this rubber thing?

2) If so, what is it called, and maybe a part number if you know how to find something this obscure?

Yeah, like $130 from a dealer in my area. But it probably can prevent more expensive damage in the long term.

$130? Might be worth a visit to the scrap yard. There really isn't anything that will get damaged behind there. But, it may help keep dust and water from entering the cabin.

Nope, this part is something completely different. (my fault for not checking it out more thoroughly.)

The "fender side panel protector" mounts on/along the side of the front fender. The part I am needing is smaller, made of rubber, and sits on the interior of the door jamb (or whatever it is called for a car). I think it acts as more of a cushion for when the door is closed, but also may be sealing an area from rain/water/etc.? Not that important as to its actual function, though...I just would like the part. I think it's this guy, or close, not sure about specific fitment yet, but I am going to stop by a Dealer parts/service desk just in case:

So if anyone needs a right-side front fender protector for a 2007 4-Runner real cheap, let me know :--)
