Is this a coolant leak/HG issue?

Hi - I'm getting a white residue on my exhaust. Google search gives me varies answers from HG/coolant to fuel quality. Has anyone experienced this before? I have an 06 with no indication of HG issues.

If you don't see a drop in coolant level, it's probably not coolant in the exhaust.

Could also be running really lean, or burning oil...
