OTD in Missouri means everything except sales tax. Sales taxes are paid at the DOR. You leave the dealer and have 30 days to title the truck and pay taxes. So, OTD means the amount you finance or write them a check for. Hope this helps.
I look at some of the deals posted here and it makes me think I overpaid for my SR5. Of course I guess a good price is whatever you are comfortable with. I financed the truck and I know it will still be worth plenty after the loan is paid off.
OP DO NOT use Missouri as an OTD example then!

Mine was marked down to 36 for an internet special. I didn't have much bargaining power because they knew I came from 2 hrs away to look at that specific runner. I didn't try to hard either. Oh well I'm happy with what I got. So thats a pretty good deal in my eyes.

@OP you are aware, aren't you, that that is not the "real" Toyota factory 'window sticker'? Read the mouse print at the bottom of the page.
When a dealer does this, my antenna go up, and they ask "why did he do this?"
Also, the term "OTD" should be thrown out of all these conversations because it means different things to different people. Same with "invoice".
Keep the playing field level; discuss FACTORY msrp and the selling price based on that.
On a national forum such as this, you can only get guidelines - too much variance around the country for anything else. "Invoice" is useless as you haven't a clue in the world how that figure is derived. People who think they're seeing the dealer's actual invoice/cost are just naive - NO business reveals that to a customer.
I use a percentage off msrp. If you get 10%, it's good. Less is average, more is better.
In the end, it's worth what someone will pay. You, or the next guy.
