Is this what people mean by a frozen LCA?

I'm replacing my lower control arms. That bit the arrow is pointing at is (I think) the back of the "toe adjust cam subassembly." I should ideally be able to tap that back end and push it out towards the front of the vehicle, right?

Correct. When I did mine, the drivers side came out fine after soaking in penetrating oil for a day or 2. My passenger side would not budge, even after soaking it. Some people say that you can get them out with a torch (I dont have one) or cut them out. I cut mine out with a Sawzall and metal cutting blades. I recommend Diablo blades, took care of mine no problem.
 
Well you got the nut off so that's a good start. They look pretty clean. I'd soak in pb blaster and maybe some light heating to try to save the OEM bolts. Coat in anti seize upon reassembly
 
Just replaced mine a few weeks ago. Well, I tried to. Both front bolts had seized into that cam sleeve seen in your pic. And wouldn't you know I didn't have replacement hardware and neither did any dealer for miles.

I cut mine off with a sawzall and the truck sat on jackstands in the driveway until they arrived.

I think I'm about to be in this exact situation. My little torch and ye olde pb blaster had no effect. The random sawzall blades I had didn't put a dent in it. So I guess I'm buying some blades and some new hardware. This job sucks.
 
I burned through a bunch of high dollar blades then found that harbor freight bimetal hack saw blades broken in half working very slow speed in the sawzall walked right through them!

How much hardware do you need? Whats the condition of the other parts?
If you just need that one cam bolt youre cutting out, Id go with Amazon. Thats where I got mine from. Some of the online dealer prices are cheaper, but after S/H its not, plus got it in 1-2 days from Amazon.

When I did mine, I just took a drill and wire wheel to the rest of the hardware I removed and cleaned it up with that and brake cleaner. Then bathed them in anti seize when reinstalling.

I don't think I even need a "bolt". All I really need is the sleeve looking thing, but I can't find a part number on it, and I think the aftermarket kits are maybe put together differently. The aftermarket sleeves look like they don't have the teeth on the end.

Is it possible to get just the OE sleeve anywhere? Or is the sleeve called a bolt by Toyota? Does that part even have its own number?

I cut through it in two places in maybe 15 minutes total with this:

Diablo DS0908CF Steel Demon Carbide-Tipped Reciprocating Blades for Thick Metal Cutting, 9"

14 bucks on Amazon. So basically Diablo blade ftw.
