It's the 6th Gen 4Runner. Comes out in 2017. Has a diesel engine with turbocharger. Pretty sure I read it on a website somewhere...

I actually experienced an IED while riding on an up armored Hilux. Was behind driver and the IED detonated front driver side tire. Blew off entire front end and suffered no serious injuries other than cuts and temporary hearing loss. Granted it wasn't semtex or a 105mm round but still enough to do some serious damage. If it'd had blown directly underneath us Wed have all been done for.

I'll stick with these overpriced and ridiculously over armored vehicles please.
