$1500 is WAY high for that!!! Heck, it dodesn't even have a front windshield, there's $1200 right there (insert jab at BV here). Walk away from that one. If I had it then I would take it straight to the scrap yard and get cash for the weight of it.

You can find other 1st gens in decent shape for under 2k that run good. Keep looking.

I totally agree... I was excited for a min due to it being right down the road from the hospital I work in.... Oh well..

LOL @ BV's windshield once again :D

If he would take 5-6 hundred then it may be worth it only because of the solid axle. The solid front axle looks factory so I wonder if it's not an 84 or 85 that he's advertising as an 87. It's hard to tell from the pics though.

I don't think that BV will live the windshield down any time soon :D

1500 is WAYYYYY to much for that. My friend just bought a 78 F250 with a straight 300 with 116k original miles for 1,500 and drives it every day now haha

Yeah i agree 1500 is too much for a rig needing that much attention. You should be able to drive it away for that price. I got my 86 original owner w 382k miles for 1500 exactly with new bfg at's... and drove it 140 miles back home. Not saying i didnt get a pretty good deal or anything but youll find somthing better if you hold off a bit longer.
