Is it just me or is it off center? Slightly to the left. About 1/4 to 1/2 an inch.

Haha It may be...I'll have to wait until I see it in person. It may be angled ever so slightly towards the driver to create a better viewing angle.

I have the 360 View cameras in my car and it’s truly awesome! I too have been working on incorporating some sort of system in the truck but with it displaying on the factory Nav screen. Being able to self spot would be priceless.

Nice, I haven't seen any of those before - that Prado setup looks interesting. I was originally going to piece together my own system to make something similar to the vizualogic one using this video switcher box here: Backup Camera | Accessory | Split Screen | Control Box | TadiBrothers. I got it shipped to me and it worked fine, but that was before I found the 360 degree camera options.
There are only two 360 degree camera systems out right now that I can find.
Here's the main one I was looking at until I found the Rydeen one: BOYO Vision VT-BP (vtbp) 360° All Around View Parking Assist I decided to go with the Rydeen one for the added DVR feature, better cameras, and blinker triggered automatic camera changes. Plus you can't find even a trace of information online about the Boyo system I linked above. It's not even on their main site (unless you look at their PDF catalog - where it is listed with only ONE additional image).
And then the Rydeen one, which seems to be the better choice right now:

Equipment has arrived! The screen will hopefully be going in the lower dash pocket under the heating and AC controls (taking the place of the aux and cigarette lighter outlet, and the pocket below that).

First of all, this is gonna be SICK! Very impressive.
As a side note, I have both MotionX and another GPS app called "Gaia GPS" and I like Gaia better, although I am admittedly less familiar with MotionX. I think it's slightly more costly than MotionX, but still relatively cheap and it saves the maps, tracks the routes, uses Google Terrain, Google Road Maps, USGS forest service maps, and many other types of maps, even custom ones. It has a "cloud" functionality that links your data between/among your devices. So, if you upload forty GPX files into your phone, and then afterwards you open the ipad app, those tracks will be in there too. You don't have to purchase the app twice to put it on your phone after you put the original on your ipad. I used Gaia to load all of the Moab trail GPX files and having those totally saved our butts from getting lost numerous times. Prior to leaving for a trip, I used Gaia's map function to "create" a custom map area with my own custom levels of zoom detail for the upcoming trip. This is awesome because you can essentially create the map you need for the intended trip. It saves it and works without internet once you save it, but IF you are connected, it will use the internet, unless you turn off that function. It has power saving settings built in so you can use it for longer if you are (for example) hiking and using a USGS topo map. When you are out on the trails, you can tell it which gpx tracks to appear on the custom map, so for example, if you are on Chicken Corners, and you need to also show Hurrah Pass, since Hurrah Pass is the road that GETS you to Chicken Corners. Yet, you can turn off all the other saved tracks that you don't need that day. I found it extremely helpful to show numerous tracks on the same map so that I could learn where they all were in relation to eachother. If you get to a cool spot on the trail, you can snap a photo and then assign that photo to the GPS coordinates of the place on the gpx track you took it, and you can enter notes about it for looking at it later, or for USING the track the following year for example. Another thing...Gaia has fantastic email-based customer service. Very fast response. Here's a quick comparison to MotionX online:

So, for those of us that have stock nav units, do you think it's possible to use this camera system without aftermarket monitor? I really really want that. Also, what did it cost? PM me if you don't wanna post public.

I’m also trying to figure out if I can use the stock nav. The retail price of the nydeen RDV360 is $800 from what I have seen. Trying to find a dealer to sell and install for me as well!

Bimrunners is right, retail sits around $800 for the kit - but you have to get it through a dealer.
As for the aftermarket monitor, I think it SHOULD be possible. Check out this thread from a while back: http://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-gen-t4rs/120848-aftermarket-backup-camera-factory-nav-troubleshooting.html. It would be the same concept to utilize the stock Nav for this system. I think I read somewhere that [MENTION=74569]SOcalTRAIL[/MENTION] tried this and got it to work, so it should be possible!

Sooo...I've already done the Antman backup cam switch mod, and when I did it, I did not mess with the reverse wire. So, if I were to hook up this type of system here, I wonder how it will work? Would I have to kill the factory reverse wire? I love how this system you are putting in allows the side cameras to come on with the turn signals. I dunno. It may be that if I ever do this, I will just overhaul the entire stereo like you did...

It would be interesting to wire this into the factory system. Assuming you can convert the stock backup camera input into a universal RCA input for the stock head unit, the reverse wire is still the tricky part as that is the only way to get the stock head unit to display that input. Most likely you would need to feed power to the reverse sensing wire on the head unit from both a switch for manual activation and the left and right blinker triggers. It should be possible though.

Lower dash in progress!
This is by far the most labor intensive part of the whole thing. it's almost impossible to find a good universal screen. There are several low resolution cheap ($50-$100) models online but I didn't want to go through all the trouble of getting one of them custom molded into my dash only to have it break in a year. The screen I am using is a higher quality unit from Alpine. It comes with no mounting solution however so the entire mount has to be custom fabricated.

The dash is still under construction, but the interior is starting to come apart for the sound overhaul now too.

The new equipment going in! I wanted this to be a sound quality build - I have no need for earth shattering bass. I let my installer pick the equipment and he recommended Ground Zero. They are a high quality German engineered company that has been around forever and predominantly covers most of Europe. They have only just recently come to the US and are starting to gain momentum. I listened to the from components when I dropped off the truck and they sound fantastic!

One more thing, the head unit is going in behind the iPad. We were going to try and fit it in the glove box, or lower in the center console somewhere but everywhere is too shallow to fit a standard depth single-din. Because of this, a custom bracket was built behind the iPad mount and the mount was modified to allow the head unit to be seen when the iPad is removed, and hidden when it is in place.
