JBL Synthesis speaker help

Bad Company

Hello everyone I was hoping you would be kind enough to share your knowledge with me. I searched the forums already and can't seem to get a clear cut answer. I have a 2005 4Runner Sport Edition with the factory JBL Synthesis head unit and speakers. One of my speakers in the front passenger door is blown.

I am keeping the factory head unit and all other factory speakers I just want to replace the blown speaker with the simplest of solutions. I really don't want to have to cut or fabricate much as I don't really have access to a lot of the tools required to do so. I would like to do the project myself. Can someone recommend a replacement set of speakers because I am guessing it wont be long before the drivers side goes?

Is there a special type of speaker I will need such as 2ohm or 4ohm? component speaker? 2 way? 3 way? Please mention specific brands and part numbers and how pleased you were with how you they turned out in your 4Runner. Thank you for your help :)

2 ohm around 20 W, single 6.5" driver is what you are after for close to factory easy replacement. I pulled all factory speakers out so if you have 10 speaker JBL Synthesis then you have 6.5" speakers in all 4 doors.

Front also has tweeters (2-way) but if your tweeter still works you probably don't need to replace.

This is one of the removed factory drivers and they all similar with tweeters in front doors and rear pillars and one as center, all tweeters are identical.
