Jerk after letting go the brake pedal

Hello, I have a 2007 Sport 4x4 - I have recently noticed this issue. After I come to a stop and when I let go of the brake pedal there is a jerk as if the transmission just engaged. This happens one in ten times I come to a stop.
I dont think this is the U joint squeak problem
Any thoughts?

That sounds like the infamous clunk issue that many members here have. Unfortunately, there is not much 4Runner owners can do about this but there is a TSB out for the same issue on a GX470.

Except keep the drive shaft greased. But it will reappear every few thousand miles.
