Looks great. I wish I can find a good condition 1st gen too, my supervisor is definately looking for one.

Beautiful truck. I used to have an 87 and I loved it. Who makes your bumpers and do you know if they are available for a 2nd gen? How do you have you Hi-Lift mounted? What is it mounted to? Sorry for all the questions. I like lots of ideas and opinions.

Thanks, I made the bumpers and sliders myself and the Hi-lift is mounted to a custom cargo rack I also made. I used half of their Loc-rack kit and hung the base on a bolt. Wing nuts hold it on when mounted.

I agree, the 1st gens are awesome!!! That thing looks good!!!

Reminds me of this older gentleman that owned a red 4runner(looked just like yours except it was red and had a hard top) that lived down the street from me my entire life, or as far back as I can remember. I had this all planned out that when I got older and in high school he would be ready to sell it. Well, I was ready to buy it my junior year. Turns out he did not sell it, infact he still has it today, and it has to have close to 700,000 miles or more on it!!!

He has had that thing for a good 20 plus years, and he still drives it every day!!!

anyway, I like it! Looks good!!!:D

Wow. Good job fabricating all the stuff on your truck. You have to give credit where credit is due. Keep up the good work.

No, that's the same weekend I'm doing the SAS. I should make it to the 4runner Jambo at Rausch Creek at the end of June.

Just posting a small pic so I can get it on the main page :)
