Junkyard score!

Dropped by one of our local wrecking yards, happens to be about 1/2 mile from my house, but is mostly domestic vehicles. I did find a couple Toyotas in there and scored me an inclometer out of a Tercel for 5 bucks!

The logo on the Tercel unit matches the 4R better than a truck sillouette I think (yeah, yeah, someone is gonna argue it, but for $5 I don't care!) and it works great.

I am going to cut it down, section out the 4X4 engaged light and probaly trim it in aluminum sheet and mount it under the stereo in that little cubby I don't use. I am going to hook up the light, but if anyone needs the circut board off the back, let me know, I don't need it.

I'll get a pic up when it is done.

Yes, but if I remember correctly a 22re T4R of the same vintage wasn't much better on 0-60 times!

It looks just like the unit that came in the pickups, except the sillouette is different.

It won't fit where I wanted to put iy, so I get to spend some more creative time looking at my dash~L~
