Just a quick prinsu rack rant

Ordered my Prinsu rack on June 6th or 7th. It's still not here! F@#!
It's insane. It's been almost 13 weeks or something! PayPal notice on 8/15 that a shipping label was created. The old owner of Prinsu said he shipped it out on the 25th... but the tracking number says "ready for UPS". I'm assuming that means it hasn't shipped. No wonder he sold the company. :gun5:

Starting the PayPal claim process today. So annoying. I just want the friggin rack! Haha

I talked to CBI recently about purchasing a Prinsu Rack, they said they own it now, they assured me 4-6 weeks lead time. But 13 weeks is warrant for a PayPal claim. I'm surprised the old owner is still running things, I would have let him go. Terrible communication and you can tell he doesn't really care since he was in the process of selling, would have bought one a long time ago if it wasn't for his crazy lead times and lack of communication.

I purchased a couple weeks before he sold to cbi. The og owner was supposed to finished all orders prior to the transition. I thought about cancelling the order and then ordering through cbi. Live and learn I guess.

Can't say I'm surprised. Took me 12 weeks to get mine and it wasn't until I started blasting him publicly on TW that I finally started getting responses. Unfortunately it's a moot point now because he probably doesn't give a shit. Have you tried following up with CBI? I wouldn't even tell anyone it was a Prinsu until after CBI bought them because I didn't want to send any business his way.

I think it's worth waiting for the bugs to get worked out of the Prinsu manufacturing process, personally. I love mine. I've heard about quality issues with the Bajarack stuff over time like failing welds, that won't be a problem with this rack.

I'd wager that the current Prinsu ordering process is more timely. In fact the old owner said if he can't track his shipped rack to me that he would refund my payment. Id order it from cbi/prinsu that day.

You're good now. Racks are shipping in a timely manner with CBI behind the helm now.
