And it is sweet. I traded in an 08' Sport 4x4 V6 with 34,000 mi. they gave me $22,500 for my trade. Got a silver LTD w/o nav or 3rd row with chrome tailpipe ext. and remote start for $38,500. Truecar.com sticker is $42,128.
My lease was up next month and I didn't want to get caught not being able to negotiate, what with the recent events in Japan, so I pulled the trigger.

Curt I did the same thing last week except we got a 7 pass SR5, we also got a great deal like you! MSRP was 36,877 and we purchaced for 32,761 when invoice was 33,511. They also gave us 25k for our 08' Highlander with 50k miles, I only paid 28k for it. Got to love Toyota holding their value!!!
