Just finished installing 4500k HIDs. Is there supposed to be the horizontal cutoff?

Or do I need to add a relay harness? It covers the road but it's a little annoying having a sharp cutoff of light at the horizon.

That has to do with your projectors not the bulb that is installed. The brights won't have a cutoff but the lows will.
The cutoff is so you don't blind on coming traffic.

Cutoff = Awesome. They're what make projectors + HIDs/LEDs awesome.
