Hey man, did the rotopax mount up with just their mounting bracket system or did you have to do something custom?
Who did your beadlocks?
Where at in CO???!
Congrats on the move! How does the 4Runner enjoy the elevation?
I cant wait to see you driving around!!! I have driven Old Stage Rd since I was probably 6 years of age. I know that road like the back of my hand.
Hit up eagle rock off of that trail. Its a fun one, closest hard core trail we got. We have to meet up and have a trail day!!
Those of us left in Arkansas are expecting some good photos from the trails. Hoping to get out that way in the coming years, will look you up when we do.
Welcome to the Springs.
Thanks! It's actually not that bad but I can tell difference. However, I don't really drive the truck a lot since my work's office is 4 miles away from the house. Truck drives fine though. No struggles.
That road is so much fun to drive, it's such a large elevation climb. I've never had to climb an elevation like that that requires 4 low just to keep the trans from over heating lol. I know Saran Wrap and Eagle Rock are probably the closest tough trails around here. I'll hit them up sooner than later
Haha, I'll be sure to get some pics when I get out. Pikes Peak and the springs has been covered in a haze for the past week from smoke from Cali fires. Kind of sucks. Give me a shout when you get out here!
Thanks buddy!
The haze actually creates some epic sunsets and scenery we normally don't get. It can sometimes enhance these views.
This past weekend my wife and I made the big move to Colorado!! We got married in December and decided that Arkansas just wasn't the place we wanted to start our lives together. Plus, it's too damn hot there. So after a lot of research and saving, we set a date and set sail this past weekend.
Beautiful Runner man! You weren't kidding when you said you had a built 3rd Gen. It should do very well around here. It was great meeting you today and welcome to Colorado! Let me know if you want to hit up some trails some time.
Looks amazing, hoping to aspire to this one day!:llama::llama:
