Keep or sell a 2015 4R TRD PRO?

My good friend has a TRD off Road Tundra and it is a great truck. the 5.7 v8 sounds amazing and it is a lot of fun to drive. He loves my 4runner as well. The thing is he is a truck guy and I prefer SUVs so we both prefer what we got. Sounds like you are really a truck guy too if you are not completely comfortable in the 4runner. That or you really want a Fiat 500 and wont admit it yourself...

I sold my TRD Pro 4Runner and just bought a TRD Pro Tundra.

I bought the Tundra due to a lot of relatives from out of state who come out to visit and we take them out on road trips and other adventures. The 4Runner had a lack of power too, which frustrated me.

It just depends on what you want to do.

If I strictly wanted an off road machine, it would be the 4Runner all day long.

I have long list of complaints about the Tundra (mainly interior), but the positive outweighs the negative.

I like your truck...looks great. I drove nothing but Fords since graduating from college, my first was a 1982 Bronco. My prized possession in my garage is my 1977 Bronco Sport, uncut, 66K miles. This one is a keeper. But my experience with my last F150 turned me off in terms of nit picking issues and problems. Loved the power and size though. My wife really likes her 2012 Expedition Limited, but her next vehicle will be a Toyota or Lexus. I really want to get her a LC or the LX

When I started looking for a new vehicle late 2014, I started with the Tunda in mind, I was looking for a SR5 4WD with leather interior...good luck finding that combo. Ended up with the 4RNR, toyed briefly with the idea of a FJ until I drove one for 3 miles.
