First off.. its not permanent.
it is just the 3m sticky back molding stuff so i can take it off no problem.
Not many 4runners can pull the red pin stripe off and i dont think mine is one of them... what do you think?

I'd say keep them.

But fix the dent in the right front quarter panel and help your neighbor pull off the damn Xmas decorations. I mean come on, its Super Bowl Sunday. December 2011 is long gone.

Time to see the loan shark.

Hahah I dident even notice his lights are up still. He needs my ladder to get them down as he does every year.
Have any advice on how to get that dent out without replacing? It's a pretty good crease. I haven't tried anything because I'm afraid the paint will start chipping

I'd say keep it, I agree it usually doesn't work, but with your color scheme you are going with the red accent stands out nicely.

I'd say drop it, but my 4runner is dented, faded, and unwashed like it owner so maybe you shouldn't listen to me. About the dent, you should look on you tube for paint free dent repair. Basically you use a source of extreme cold such as dry ice and apply it to the dent. The metal contracts due to the cold temperature but the metal outside the cold area does not. The increased tension pulls the dent out. Your dent may be a bit tough for this to work 100% due to the sharp angle in it but it would look better.

Try the dry ice on the dent. I saw it work for the first time over the Xmas holidays. It won't be like new but better than now.

I didnt even notice it at first. I was looking at the body thinking, I dont see any red line? I mean I know Im red green color blind, but its not that bad! Then I saw it on the wheel. Its pretty subtle being so small. I would vote either or. Looks good with it. Would look good without it. this probably doesnt help any haha

It is such a small feature on the rig that I could really take it or leave it. That said... Since it's already on, leave it! It doesn't look bad and a year from now you'll forget it's even there.

I was doing the same damn thing...I'm red-green as well, and was struggling trying to figure out what they were talking about!
